We build small games
and the characters in them.

A one-person studio with an unusual crew: every game, sprite, portrait and voice is made here, end to end. The playable builds live on itch.io — this is the shelf they sit on.

A cozy studio desk in warm golden light: a pixel-art game on the monitor, a drawing tablet, potted succulents and steaming mugs, with framed character concept sketches on the wall above.

Playable

Games

All built in Godot, and small on purpose — and they all live on itch.io. Some play right in your browser; others are a quick download, for when a game needs the extra muscle.

Bijin Midnight key art: the five-driver crew in racing jackets on a neon-lit expressway at night, a red AE86 Trueno speeding past the bridge behind them.

Bijin Midnight

A quiet drive through the neon dark.

GodotRacingCozyDesktop

A low-key night-drive racer with a soft low-poly look — wind through moonlit passes at your own pace. Cozy-adjacent: just the road, the dark, and the hum of the engine.

  • Soft low-poly world, Kenney CC0 aesthetic
  • Relaxed midnight pacing — no rage, just the drive
  • A desktop download on itch.io — smooth, no browser lag

Pocketable

Apps

Not everything we make is a game. Two small Android apps, designed with the same warmth the games get — quiet tools that live on your phone and keep your data there too.

Habit Cabbit week view: a warm cream grid of habits and days, with sprout streak markers. Habit Cabbit month calendar for one habit, checked days filled in carrot orange. Habit Cabbit themes screen: light and dark appearance with Carrot, Clover and Blossom accents.

Habit Cabbit

Habits are things you grow.

AndroidHabit trackerOn-device

A cozy habit tracker with a garden heart: tick your week, watch streak sprouts grow, and a little garden bed takes root at the bottom of every screen.

  • Week grid + per-habit month calendar
  • Streak sprouts, gentle daily nudge, up to three reminders per habit
  • Three garden accents — Carrot, Clover, Blossom — in light and dark
  • Your data never leaves your phone; one-tap backup out, merge-safe restore in
Bukojo daily log: a floral paper page card with task, event and note bullets. Bukojo monthly log: a classic bullet-journal day column with entries and an open-task review. Bukojo index: journal search, months with entry counts, and JSON or Markdown export.

Bukojo

A bullet journal that stays a bullet journal.

AndroidBullet journalOffline

Rapid logging the way the analog method means it — tasks, events and notes on a warm paper page, one day at a time. No feeds, no streaks-for-the-sake-of-it, just the journal.

  • Daily, Monthly and Future logs, Collections, and a real Index
  • Classic bullets — task, event, note — with monthly task review
  • Fully offline; export the whole journal as Markdown or JSON

The cast

Character art

The studio has a cast. Each character has her own trained model, her own wardrobe canon, and her own voice — so she looks like herself across every render, not like a generic pretty face.

In-house

How it's made

The cast — characters, sprites and voices — is made in-house, no outsourcing. The low-poly 3D leans on readily-available assets where it helps; the rest is just the tools, one workstation, and a lot of hours.

Characters, not prompts

Each cast member has her own trained model, so she turns up as herself every time — same face, same wardrobe, render after render. Not a fresh stranger per prompt.

Sprites in-house

Environments, enemies, characters — every sprite is generated, hand-cut and animated frame by frame, right here.

Voice too

Every character has a voice of her own — cloned once, then used for narration and in-game lines.

Built in Godot

Small, focused games, built in Godot and shipped on itch.io — playable in the browser where they can be, a quick download where they can't.
